Tahini And Parmesan Salad Dressing
This is salad dressing might just change your life. It is a delicious mix of honey, tahini, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic and LOTS of parmesan. It keeps well in a jar in the fridge so you can have it ready for whenever you want a tasty salad.

- 1/ 3 cup tahini I love the Belazu one
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/ 4 cup white wine vinegar cider vinegar or champagne vinegar
- 1/ 4 cup grated parmesan or pecorino works too
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Simply whisk everything together !
This keeps in the fridge for at least two weeks but it never normally lasts that long in our house. Delicious over little gem lettuce hearts for a seriously simple salad - it’s just so good!
