Ingredients

  • 400 g pigs in blankets
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme or marjoram

Instructions

  • Arrange the pigs in blankets on a baking tray and bake at 200C for around 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and toss in the honey, return to the oven for a final 5 minutes.
  • Top with fresh thyme leaves.
