Protein Chocolate Mousse
Made with silken tofu, this protein chocolate mousse is so delicious and packed with protein, as the name would suggest.

- 300 g silken tofu
- 180 g dark chocolate melted
- 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup to taste
- Pinch of salt optional
- Raspberries to serve
Drain the liquid from the tofu and then pop everything into a blender. I use my nutribullet for this.
Blend until thick and creamy and well combined. Pour into two serving glasses and chill in the fridge for an hour.
Top with fresh raspberries and enjoy!
