300gwhite chocolate
1kgfrozen mixed berries

Line 4 individual pudding moulds or ramekins with clingfilm. Pour in the frozen berries into each one and pack down. Then cover with cling film and place back in the frozen to freeze together.
To make the sauce, simply take equal quantities of double cream and white chocolate. Heat the cream gently in a pan until just before boiling and then remove from the heat and add the chopped up white chocolate.
Keep stirring until it’s all melted. Tip a frozen pudding mould of frozen berries onto a plate and then allow each guest to pour their own white chocolate sauce over.
Notes
You could skip the frozen berries in the individual moulds and just scoop frozen berries onto a plate and top with sauce.
