Tahini And Parmesan Salad Dressing

This is salad dressing might just change your life. It is a delicious mix of honey, tahini, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic and LOTS of parmesan. It keeps well in a jar in the fridge so you can have it ready for whenever you want a tasty salad.

Ingredients 

  • 1/ 3 cup tahini, I love the Belazu one
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/ 4 cup white wine vinegar, cider vinegar or champagne vinegar
  • 1/ 4 cup grated parmesan, or pecorino works too
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  • Simply whisk everything together !
  • This keeps in the fridge for at least two weeks but it never normally lasts that long in our house. Delicious over little gem lettuce hearts for a seriously simple salad - it’s just so good!
